It's neither easy or hard, sometimes it's frustrating but aren't all surgerys , having said that I really have not had much problems with getting an appointment

No cannot get appointments have to wait on the telephone in the mornings then all gone .waited 1/2 hour as surgery running late. No apologies I am suffering anxiety and was getting stressed whilst waiting

I find if you need to see a doctor on Monday it's quite difficult. I feel sorry for the receptionist's, on those days as the queue is as much as 54 the last I called. The ladies are always lovely, very helpful.

A couple of things to help me, if we could be informed of training days. At 80 I've walked up the hill to find the surgery closed and that was on a Friday, so that meant the surgery was closed Thursday afternoon and Friday afternoon. Not a good idea. Also could we have a phone line to order prescriptions, my sister's surgery has this option.

After 9 months I cannot get an appointment . So now given up trying. BUT the staff I have spoken to have always been very nice and helpful. Had a blood test on the 30th /4/24. And Jill the nurse was lovely. Thank Beverley Hammond.
